APPLE PICKING IN BOSTON - A PERFECT FALL WEEKEND

Hi guys! Hope you're all having an amazing day so far. It is already fall in New England, can't believe how fast this year has gone by. Anyone else feel the same? Anyways, today I wanted to share with you all how I spent my first fall weekend!
Every year I love to visit my local farm, Parlee Farms in Tyngsboro, MA for my favorite fall activity: apple picking at their stunning orchard. We went on a Saturday and it was super busy, so be sure to arrive as early as possible. The cutest thing about apple picking at Parlee Farms is traveling in the hayride from main grounds to the orchards. The hayride takes less than five minutes but experience is definitely so fun, especially for kids.
After we picked out our apples, we decided to pick our own flowers too including the sunflowers which was so cool! We were given a flower bucket and scissors to pick our colorful flowers. Not to mention the stunning pictures that you get at the sunflowers fields. They also have pumpkin patch for the kids, and the cutest farm bunnies. We ended our day with having some delicious apple cider donuts, probably one of the best apple cider donuts I've had in a while. The donuts are mini sized so my friend and I each got six donuts and had no issues finishing them haha.
It was definitely an amazing start to the fall season! Fall in New England is absolutely stunning, and with these unprecedented times, I felt very fortunate to experience the fall activities. What are some of your favorite fall activities? I'll be visiting Vermont in the next few weeks for the fall foliage and I cannot wait! Stay tuned for more on my trip to Vermont.
