New York Fashion Week happening right now! Every year we look forward to this time of the year, kinda like christmas, where we eagerly wait for all the designers to showcase their latest designs for the upcoming season (secretly it makes us want to throw away all our old wardrobe, and start new).

We have picked our top two favorite designers and we'll review each designer individually and summarize the latest trends for this upcoming season so read along

PRABAL GURUNG

This season Gurung's designs consisted of feminine looks including dresses that were all along the lines of flowy, floral, and fun. The looks were paired with loose, long hair which added to the feminine look. We are loving the trend of bell sleeves this season and Gurung managed to showcase them in a unique way in his collection ultimately looking fabulous and trendy. All we can say is YAS.

Note to self: Bell sleeves and flowy dress and you are ready to rock the runway in style this fall.

SHERRI HILL

We absolutely love all things glitter, hey who doesn't? But this season Sherri Hill's collection has exceeded expectation with all the intricate details and embroidery works on the dresses. This collection's low-V neck trend is giving us major closet and dress goals. Chokers are back this season, and we can't admire the sparkle embroidery choker enough; it compliments the low V neck in just a stunning way. Chokers and V necks are surely going to up your wardrobe game this season.
